Management Fee Schedule

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEE SCHEDULE (Effective as of December 1, 2015):

  • Single family homes of condominium units:  6% per month
  • Small income properties (2-4 units):  6% of monthly rent income
  • Investment properties (5 units and up):  5% of monthly rent income

Please call us for a quote on management fee or leasing fees.

Residential Leasing Fees:

For a 12 month lease term or longer:  100% of One Month’s Rent
